Home Inspections – A Whole House Inspection is the ideal inspection for a Seller who wants to ensure there are no surprises at closing, a buyer who wants to ensure they are getting what they pay for, a customer who believes there are problems with a newly constructed home, a property investor who wants a comprehensive pre-purchase report, and any other interested party. It includes Structural, Exterior, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, A/C, Interiors, Insulation & Ventilation, and Built-In Appliances. On most homes, it takes between two and four hours to complete. You receive both a "Read-Only" electronic copy with full photographs and a bound hard copy. $300.00 flat fee on homes from 1-3000 sq. ft. $50.00 for each additional 1000 sq. ft.
New Construction Inspection – A new home is a significant investment. Make sure you are getting what you pay for. An inspection of residential property while still under construction. Typically performed when the foundation is complete and again when framing is complete (before insulation & drywall). We focus on quality of workmanship and quality of materials. This is not a cosmetic inspection. It is a structural workmanship inspection at different phases throughout new construction. $200.00 per site visit
New Construction Draw Inspection – A report regarding the progress of a new construction project. Our unbiased report enables you to determine the appropriate amount of money to payout for a construction draw interval. We provide this service to financial institutions who hold the construction loan note and also to the public. $150.00 per draw request
Underfloor Inspection - An inspection of the underfloor area only. This inspection is included as part of a Home Inspection but may also be provided as a stand alone service. This inspection includes structural and moisture intrusion issues but excludes mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues. $150.00.
